- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to Phil Horner for treatment on my broken shoulder , which was not responding to the exercises I had been DOING at the NHS.Within 6 weeks of therapy with Phil the difference was amazing, and no more pain. Also my achilles tendons on both feet were inflamed and very painful , had tried everything possible for 2 years to get back to walking .
